SO excited to share with you all Brittanie and Evan's wedding day, which took place at The Milestone this past July! This was the perfect (and my favorite) pastel palette, and kept things crisp in the 100 degree temps! Make sure to check out that mantle installation, because it is probably my favorite I've ever gotten to design! It was a joy to be a part of their special day!

Victoria and Will's wedding was one I looked forward to for over a year. One of the hardest parts of my job is waiting for the big event to arrive! I get so excited and can hardly wait for wedding day to get here so that my team can bring a couple's vision to life at last (I'm not even the one getting married, so I can't even imagine how you guys feel!)!
Hope you enjoy looking at their photos as much as I enjoyed getting to design it all! (Also check out more on StyleMePretty!)

This April wedding encompassed all the best of spring: peony, garden roses, sweet pea, ranunculus the size of coasters, lily of the valley, and LOTS OF IT!
We brought the garden inside with a lush floral chandelier hanging above the dance floor, accompanied with various sizes of table arrangements and abundant amounts of candlelight.
I'm so excited to get to finally share this day with you all! It was a joy to be a part of Heather and Brandon's big day!

Last spring, along with a creative team including Matt and Julie Weddings and Kristin Mullen, joined forces to create an editorial with the sole desire of bringing the garden indoors.
This garland is, to date, one of the favorites I have made and when meeting with clients, is always a seal-the-deal image when deciding on going the floral garden route. I LOVE making garlands, and love the spry, whimsical nature of this one in particular. Along with various blush and pink blooms, the pops of black scabiosa and dark burgundy smoke bush add unexpected depth to the color palette overall, which makes it a color palette suitable for both spring and fall!

It was a perfect spring day in early March when I arrived at the White Sparrow Barn to set up for Dusty and Will's day.
Dusty came to me with the color palette of burgundy and baby blue, wanting a lot of texture and interest incorporated in the overall design. The end result ended up being a gorgeous, unique and French-inspired aesthetic, that to this day, is one of my favorite weddings I've gotten to design for.
Wishing you every joy in this new chapter, Will and Dusty!

What to say about this day?! It was perfection. Catherine and Vishal got married on one of the loveliest days of October. Their color palette was what dreams are made of, not to mention getting to construct a luscious floral chandelier to suspend above their ceremony location.
So thankful to have gotten to be a part of this couple's sweet day! Excited to finally get to share these photos with you!

When I was approached with his concept by Lindsey Brunk and Charla Storey, I knew this would be one I could not pass up! With the Nasher Sculpture Center serving as stage, this story unfolded in beautiful shades of peach and blush. Thrilled to get to share this with you at last! Hope on over to Style Me Pretty for the full feature!

Earlier in 2016, I got a call from Sabrina and was presented with all inspiration from the royal wedding. Needless to say, I was pretty jazzed about it and loved getting to have the creative freedom to design with those influences in mind, but with lovely autumn blooms and textures. Hope you enjoy taking a peek at their big day, all courtesy of Bethany Erin Wilson!
I'm so excited to share with you all one of my absolute favorite editorial projects of all time! When Lindsey and Taylor approached me in joining them for the Duo Workshop at Travasaa in Austin at the beginning of the year and shared their vision of this project with me, there was no way I was going to pass it up!
I loved experimenting with the architectural nature of the concept, and getting to take advantage of the gorgeous dogwood blooms that were in season! This garland was by far one of my favorites I've ever made! Enjoy!

Y'all, where do I begin?! First off, Shannon and her sweet family were some of the kindest, most sincere group of people I have come across in my career of 3+ years of doing floral design for weddings. Shannon had such a lovely and simplistic vision of her wedding day, and with the bones of the White Sparrow Barn, it was so fun to be able to design and style it all together to into this beautiful day of celebration.
And may I just say, it took a real exercise of restraint to keep my post to a reasonable number of photos. The emotions captured of Shannon and Austin and the joy that literally jumps out of the images are so touching. It was such a joy and privilege to be a part of their special day!

I've been chomping at the bit to share these photos with you all, and I'm so excited to finally do so! Not only was Taylor one of my first brides, but she is a dear, sweet friend. She was one of the first people I met and first friendships I made when I moved to Dallas, and has now continued three years later! It's funny, I remember the first time she told me about going on her first date with her now-husband Thomas (like, we were in her car driving on Garland Road right in front of the Dallas Arboretum on our way to lunch at Good-To-Go Tacos), and was to neat to be able to walk alongside her in that season, and now share in her joy now that she's a married lady! She truly was the most stunning bride! Enjoy!

I cannot express how much I love flower crowns. So when a room filled with my favorite people in the entire world and a flower crown party combine, let's just say my heart was bursting with excitement! Life can be so hectic sometimes, so it was such a joy to all get to come together in the heat of the summer to do a fun activity! I love flower crown parties because it doesn't matter if you are a seasoned designer or have never touched a flower before, everyone can make a beautiful crown, and are such a fun activity for a bachelorette party, shower or excuse to just get together with girlfriends! It's so fun to see everyone's personalities shine through their design! A thousand thank you's to Gather in Downtown McKinney for allowing us to use your beautiful space and Hannah of Cottonwood Road Photography for the images! Enjoy!
The first week end of July was ushered in with rainstorms and the joyous wedding of Lacey and Michael! Using the last of the summer's coral charm peony, garden roses, camomile, scabiosa and zinnia, they were used to bring an approachable and freshly-gathered feeling to the celebration! And I love how they popped against the bridesmaids' powder blue dresses! Enjoy!

One of the things I look forward to in springtime is the freshness and newness it holds. As much as I love the deep, rich colors that the fall and winter produce, there is something about spring and soft, crisp colors and blooms that I just love and feels so refreshing!
This spring awakening shoot was one of my first projects of the year with Hannah of Cottonwood Road Photography and Hannah of The Cake By Hannah! They had such a great vision for this project, and left with a little spring in our step ready for springtime to be on its way!
